No TV!

So I have been living in the new house since last Friday. There are boxes all over (empty and full) and some cleaning that still needs to be done. We don't have TV or Internet yet. I didn't think I watched that much TV, but it feels really lonely and quiet without it. It's like I'm Amish. No, not really because I'm using electricity in all kinds of other ways and I did rent some movies because the DVD player is hooked up. The radio also works so I guess I'm not really Amish at all. Ha, nice try Amber.

I feel really displaced too. It takes me a long time to get used to and be completely comfortable in new places. Just when the Maize Ct. apartment was illiciting that "homey" feeling I get up leave it. You know what I'm talking about, when you get home after a long day and have that sigh of relief when you walk in the door of your home? Yeah, I don't have that at the new digs now, but I'm sure I will get there.
