Grilling

I just bought a small charcoal grill from Sarah for $2 and Javers and I are trying it out tonight. They even had lighter fluid and charcoal on sale at our local Dillons grocery store. (We actually have three "local" Dillons - it's crazy how every mile intersection out here on the west side of Wichita seems to have a Dillons, Walgreens, bank and gas station.) It's like Dillons just knew I needed grilling supplies ... trippy.

Some marinated chicken is on the barbie as we speak. I made an asparagus dish too so it should be good eats tonight.

Well, I am finally done working at MHA. All I have left to do is complete some final paperwork tomorrow morning. Ahhh, I have this great sense of freedom and relief knowing I don't have to do that again. The next two weeks I will be taking my presession class and then who knows what I will be up to after that.

This morning, I bought two books from the bargain rack outside Borders that looked interesting. Has anyone read or heard of The Dogs of Babel by Carolyn Parkhurst and A Separate Peace by John Knowles? New uneducational books are so exciting.
