From Wichita

I am now writing to you from Jeremy's apartment in Wichita, KS. I got here last Wednesday afternoon and spent Thursday and Friday taking care of some school stuff and looking for looking for an apartment. On Thursday, I found out that only half of my student loans were dispersed in January. The other half come at the end of March. That's just great considering the other half of my loans was what I was supposed to live on. Now I am trying to find a job. I hope I can go to school and work at the same time and not get too stressed out. As long as it's not like working at the museum and ShopKo at the same time, I think I can probably handle it.

My life is making me emotionally volatile right now. This feeling of being in limbo that I have had for the past week and a half, since I quit my jobs in Sioux Falls, is driving me nuts. I just need somethinig to hold on to and hopefully school can give me that. I think I'm going to go in and talk to my advisor, Keith, today. He said something about setting up a plan of study for the next two years. That should make me feel better. A plan of study is kind of like a map and I LOVE maps. Later I am having lunch with Jeremy at some Chinese buffet in Colwich (where ICM is) and then I'm off to Newton to visit Sarah.

Hopefully, I will be more comfortable with my new life the next time I write.

Nice. I was just stopping by to comment-ask you if you were a Kansan again. But I was provided with the answer. Which means this comment's value has rapidly dropped.

[the other one was only deleted because i was editing out redundancy]

Schrag, good to hear you made it there safe. So when does school actually start? I got the keys today, thanks for sending them. We also have some mail for you but we keep getting some so I can send that on to you sometime too if you'd like. Also, do you have a pillow? I think yours is left on the couch here. Other than that...the place is empty without you!! Sorry to say the squash went to waste!! No takers here.
Take care and keep the updates! Miss ya.
