I recently found out that I work for an entity that offers employee + spouse benefits to domestic partners, including same-sex partners. How cool and progressive is that? Rock'n'roll Colorado State University. Now Javers can stop pretending to be a man. Ha, good thing he never reads my blog!

Yes I do. I do not work for the gov. I am a contractor. I did not realize this before, but there are actually a lot of jobs at the fort that are contracted out. Usually it is not a problem, but every once in a while it would be nice to have better access to our human resources, our accountant and my boss.
